Here at the Crossed Arrows Ranch we are using the Rancher Saddle Pad from Diamond Wool exclusively. Nothing else seems to withstand the everyday use we put these pads through even roping and dragging calves they hang tough. We are horseback every day in every kind of weather north central New Mexico can dream up and we have really come to depend on these pads for absorbtion, conforming and easy maintenance. The bonus being that they are made here in the good old USA and they are priced right. The folks at the factory sure take good care of you and nothing is too much trouble for them.

The Rancher pad is an excellant choice for anyone living in Florida. The wool being the most natural to use - helps keep my horse cool by absorbing and releasing any heat buildup. Durable and easy to clean - I just brush it off weekly then after some time I will hose with cold water, hang over the fence to dry.
We ride at least 5 days a week - Training horses and our own - so they get lots of use. I have had most of my pads now for 3 or more years. Excellant pads for the $$$$!!!
Also the Pressure Relief Pad by Diamond Wool was helpful on a friend of mine's horse. She was having some problems with his back and saddle not fitting correctly!! He is doing great now.

CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT DIAMOND WOOL PADS. I HAVE SEVERAL OF THEIR PADS THE RANCHER, BAREBACK PAD AND A CUTTER LITE. I JUST LOVE THE WOOL, IT CONFORMS TO MY HORSES BACK,ABSORBS MOISTURE AND IS EASY TO CLEAN.
