Q: How do I order the product that I see in my catalog?
A: Please type the complete item number (including the letter and number before the dash) in the Search box at the top of your browser and press "Search". Item number example: MN-15099

Q: I have used the menu and the search function but still can't find the item I am looking for. What do I do now?

A: Yes. You may purchase a Smith Brothers Gift Certificate online by clicking here, or by contacting our Customer Service Department. Online Gift Certificates are available in $10, $25, $50, $100 or $200 denominations or any amount through our Customer Service Department.
