In regards to your question on the Equitation Chaps, as long as your measurements correlate with the sizing charts, then yes men can wear them as well. However to be honest these will sit considerably high on a mans waist.
Unfortunately it looks like we may not carry a size that works for you, as the longest inseam we carry is the XL measuring a 34", with a waist that adjusts from 40" to about 45", which will be too big. It also looks like a 30" waist will have too short of an inseam, measuring about 30". However if you would like to shoot us an email with any questions you have, along with all of your measurements (waist, thigh, calf, and inseam) as well as what type of riding you will be doing to customerservice@smithbrothers.com , we will be more than happy to assist you in trying to find a pair that fits properly, or answer any questions you have.
