Blue cotton denim has 3% Lycra for stretch, so they're forgiving but won't bag and sag by the end of the day. Sensible fit includes a waistband that hits you at your natural waist-not too low and not too high-and it's shaped higher in the back than front to remain level when you ride. Inseam is thin and flat so you don't sit on a thick seam and best of all...they have nearly invisible padded E-Z Knees patches inside the legs! They reduce pinching and fatigue to your entire leg, but people won't stare if you wear them to town. If you're tired of uncomfortable riding jeans...try CJ's!

SO Comfortable & They Actually Fit!
Nancy N. from WA wrote (March 16, 2014):
I have long legs, wide hips and a small waist, so finding comfortable riding jeans that aren't too short and/or too low-waisted is almost impossible for me. I'd given up until I found CJ jeans! They're made well, hold up to barn chore abuse and long rides and look good enough to go shopping afterward. The leg padding is perfect and they still look new after six months months of almost daily use! They're so comfy that I even wear them around the house. lol I've ordered a few more pairs for myself and recommend them often. If you're looking for a comfortable pair of riding jeans that actually fit a woman's body (with curves), you can't go wrong with CJ Riding Jeans!

The only reason these jeans didn't get a '5' is the legs are TOO big. They're not boot cut, they're bell bottoms. Maybe that's the style, but when you ride a horse, you want some "stack" so your jeans don't ride up so I always get them longer. The problem is it doesn't matter that I have boots/shoes on, they still drag the ground. I will be taking them up to make them boot cut and then they'll be perfect. I just got the first pair a week ago and I am ordering another couple pair. VERY comfortable!!!

I have had these great Jeans for a year now and they are the most comfortable riding jeans ever! They are easy to machine wash/dry and really wear well after long hours on the trail. They still look new after a year and the knee patches are awesome! Just the right amount of stretch in the fabric to allow lots of movement and no belly pinching...I am buying another pair! I wear size 12 in reg. jeans and these are true to size...they do stretch out somewhat after wearing them all day, but a belt helps that.
