The halter is on the small size. I bought it for my daugher's 14.3 H horse and it fits great - she may never use a standard bridle again. It is a stiffer rope than I expected, but it works well.

Halter seems to work ok, however the fit is very tight. It barely made it around my fillys head. Could not get it on my 6 year old paint gelding (too small)
Quality leaves room for improvement.
Wish I would have known it was made in China before purchase.
